and high rigidity. The table is fixed, while the machine body is designed with a traveling column, so that the workpiece
weight does not affect machining efficiency and accuracy. The multi-section table makes the machine suitable for long
workpiece machining, high volume machining for short workpieces, and multiple-process machining.

Various processing applications
moving column structure
The column moves in the x-axis direction and the workbench is fixed. The weight of the workpiece will not affect the axial transmission system and dynamic machining accuracy, and the machining efficiency is high.
A : X-axis gear transmission
The X-axis adopts a gear transmission imported from Germany, which has excellent axial feed transmission efficiency. In addition, the X-axis is equipped with an optical ruler as standard to ensure that its positioning and repeatability accuracy will not change due to thermal temperature rise.
B : Three-axis roller type linear rail
The Y/Z axes are equipped with high-precision SP-level roller linear slides, which have high load-bearing capacity, high rigidity, low friction coefficient and excellent earthquake resistance.
Each line rail adopts an extended heavy-load resistant slider to improve load capacity and dynamic stability.
The three axes adopt direct transmission, without backlash, vibration and noise problems, and can directly transmit high horsepower.
Models below 5 meters adopt C3 grade screws.
large Y-axis travel
The specially designed Y-axis stroke is up to 700mm to increase the processing range.
Compared with the gantry milling machine under the same processing conditions, it has a tighter footprint and higher precision.
In order to avoid that the throat depth may cause downward pulling force on the spindle during heavy cutting, Heqi strengthened the thickness of the column and its structure. Each side of the Y-axis is equipped with 4 slide blocks (8 in total) and uses 3 in the front and 1 in the back. arrangement to enhance and stabilize its rigidity.
